Job Title: Sales Lead Generator (Target and Contract Basis)

We are a growing coaching center committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead Specialist to join our team on a contract basis to help boost our lead generation and sales outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and generate new sales leads through various channels (online, offline, networking).
• Qualify and nurture leads to ensure high conversion potential.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline status, and communications.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Provide reports and insights on lead quality and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months with potential extension based on performance.
• Compensation: Rs.35,000 fixed monthly target based + performance-based incentives.
• Working Hours: Flexible
