Job Title: Business Development Associate (Lead Generation)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Experience: 0–2 Years

Industry: Elevator & Lift Manufacturing

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify Leads: Find new construction projects using RERA websites, Google Maps, and local directories.
  • Cold Calling: Pitch elevator solutions to Builders, Architects, and Civil Contractors.
  • Qualification: Filter leads based on project stage (e.g., structure ready) and budget.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule site visits and meetings for the technical sales team.
  • CRM Tracking: Maintain daily logs of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in Excel/CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong Communicator: Ability to speak confidently in [Insert Language] and English.
  • Resilience: High energy and the ability to handle rejection on cold calls.
