Key Responsibilities

Handle chat and call-based interactions with potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions/courses.
Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Maintain proper records of interactions and ensure timely updates in CRM/tools.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets with guidance from the team.

What Were Looking For

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and target-driven approach.
Candidates with experience in International Voice/Chat Process
will be given preference.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
