Key Responsibilities

  • Handle chat and call-based interactions with potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions/courses.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Maintain proper records of interactions and ensure timely updates in CRM/tools.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets with guidance from the team.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and target-driven approach.
  • Candidates with experience in International Voice/Chat Process

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
