Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle customer interactions, follow up on sales enquiries, and support our field team Key Responsibilities Call and engage with potential customers to explain UPS and battery products Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and service calls Maintain daily lead status and updates in CRM (Excel / CatalystK) Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and coordination Handle inbound service or enquiry calls with professionalism Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry) Positive attitude and ability to learn product details Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or customer care experience preferred
