Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and generating new leads.
• Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, or meetings to support relationship building.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support sales campaigns.
• Prepare reports and track performance metrics of sales activities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring in fresh ideas for customer acquisition and retention.
