Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Respond ≤ 10 minutes on WhatsApp/IG/Phone

• Qualify (dates, pax, occasion, budget)

• Build custom quotes with clear inclusions

• Prepare payment links + reconciliation for RM approval

• Maintain sheet/CRM hygiene (stage, next action, time stamp) • Send confirmations & check-in briefs

• ⁠Coordinate with Ops

• ⁠Escalate exceptions to RM.

You’ll Thrive If You:

• Write clear, warm WhatsApp messages

• Handle many chats without missing follow-ups

• ⁠Know Google Sheets basics (filters/validation/simple formulas)

• ⁠Speak English + Hindi/Bengali
