What You’ll Do

Sales Support:

● Assist the sales team with tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.

● Maintain and update customer records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

and provide support in managing sales inquiries and following up on leads.

● Assist with data entry and report generation to track sales performance and trends.

Internal Sales:

● Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitor activities.

● Assist in lead generation activities through online research, social media, and other resources, and

help in developing and executing sales campaigns.

● Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn sales techniques and strategies.

Customer Follow-ups:

● Participate in customer interactions (phone calls and emails) and follow up with existing customers to

build and maintain strong relationships.

● Assist in resolving customer queries and issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.

● Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

● Knowledge of or interest in sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
