Company Description 'Shama' Consulting Plus is a new startup firm dedicated to mutual growth with a vision to grow together. We assist domestic clients with export marketing and provide training on lean manufacturing, negotiation best practices, and ISO 9001:2015. We specialize in low-cost country sourcing from India and Vietnam and create market intelligence reports for various markets and categories. Additionally, we act as the Indian marketing arm for companies based in regions such as China, Japan, Malaysia, Europe, and North America. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee Procurement Specialist. The position is based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Trainee Procurement Specialist will be responsible for handling purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and performing contract negotiations. Additionally, they will analyze procurement processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills Familiarity with Sales Process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree Do cold calling and cold emails to International clients Experience in a similar role is a plus
