About the Role We’re looking for a driven, organised, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant & Sales Intern to work closely with the founder. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in business operations, sales activities, and daily coordination. You’ll support both day-to-day tasks and client-facing sales work , while getting direct exposure to how a fast-moving company grows from the inside. What You’ll Do Personal Assistant Tasks Manage daily schedules, meetings, reminders, and priority lists. Assist in organising travel, events, and appointments. Handle email communication and follow-ups. Document important decisions from meetings. Keep operations smooth by helping with errands and admin support. Sales Intern Tasks Support the sales pipeline with follow-ups, scheduling calls, and updating CRM. Assist in creating sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Research potential markets, industries, and client opportunities. Work with the founder to track KPIs and report progress. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Good organisational habits — someone who loves planning and structure. Confidence in speaking to clients over phone or messages. A fast learner with a proactive attitude. Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business operations is a plus (not required). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
