Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales trackers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, Operations) for solution inputs
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and demos (as required)
  • Support sales campaigns, email outreach, and promotional activities
  • Prepare basic sales reports and performance summaries

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / B.Com / Engineering / IT-related degree
  • Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or IT/ICT industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT, Networking, Cloud, Security, or Telecom (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and result-oriented
