Job Description

leads the sales team, sets strategy, and drives revenue growth by developing sales plans, motivating and training staff, managing pipeline and CRM, analyzing market data, and collaborating with marketing to achieve company targets, while also building key client relationships and reporting performance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop & execute sales strategies, identify new markets, analyze trends, and set sales forecasts to meet revenue goals.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team; set targets, KPIs, and monitor performance.
Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, manage the CRM, pipeline, and ensure efficient operations.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal teams (Marketing, Product).
Performance & Reporting: Analyze sales metrics, report on activity and results to senior leadership, and ensure accountability.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to find new opportunities.

Essential Skills:

Leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Media Field experience Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
