Job Description

Role Objective

To lead and drive overall sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for real estate projects while managing the sales team, channel partners, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team and site sales staff
Manage channel partners, brokers, and strategic alliances
Oversee lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, launches, and branding initiatives
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure CRM accuracy, sales MIS, forecasting, and reporting to management
Handle key client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and legal documentation processes

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Sales Revenue Achievement: % of target achieved (Project-wise & overall)
Team Productivity: Sales per executive, conversion ratios
Lead Conversion Rate: Walk-ins to bookings
Channel Partner Performance: Active CPs & contribution to sales
Inventory Management: Timely sale of available units
Customer Satisfaction: Complaint resolution & referral generation
Reporting & Compliance: Accurate MIS, forecasts, and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
