SUMMARY OF POSITION


With a legacy of over 85 years in profitable operations, the company has established itself as a trusted name in the Indian medical equipment industry. With over 55,000 Installations in FY 2024–25, the company achieved a remarkable 6X growth, scaling up from ₹20 Cr to ₹104 Cr in annual turnover. Led by technocrat promoters with a “Deep Tech” background, the company has now 55,000+ installations & now

expanding into additional high- impact medical device segments. To spearhead this expansion, we seek a dynamic Sales Head – Traditional Product Division (CD & MONITORS Experience MUST) aiming for a major substantial growth and operational excellence.

Specific to Color Doppler: SS has more than 500+ installations, is now CDSCO registered (26 products registered with CDSCO) & with CE Notified body & BIS License. Own manufacturing facility under class medical device product with advantage of MSME benefits of Government of India.

CAREER PROGRESSION

Ability to progress career within SS Medical Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. with proposed equity (ESOPs) in career progression.


Key Responsibilities for Color Doppler Vertical


1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Own the division with pure leadership skills.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in public and private healthcare sectors.
  • Expand footprint via strategic alliances, government tenders, and institutional partnerships & distribution (channel sales for govt. & Pvt. Sale)

2. Sales, Marketing & Market Penetration

  • Lead sales initiatives directly from the front—setting aggressive, achievable targets across existing strong SS India Network.
  • Strengthen engagement with GEM, PSU buyers, private hospital chains, and distribution networks.
  • Enhance brand equity and visibility across existing and new markets.

3. Operations & Team Development

  • Leverage growth & co work with existing team of 4x Regional Managers (N,S,E & W) & ASM’s across India.
  • Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented culture.
  • Must implement efficient, SOP-driven operations across all regions for consistency and quality.

4. Product & Technology Advancement

  • Collaborate with internal R&D for innovation and new product development.
  • All our products meet CDSCO, BIS, GEM, and international regulatory standards.
  • Drive excellence by supporting backend team with product training, after-sales service, and clinical application support.

5. Stakeholder & Public Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Build strategic relationships with KOL’s, COE’s &company board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the public face of the organization, building credibility and thought leadership.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India (if needed).
