🔹 Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
🔹 Monitor & maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls
🔹 Assist in configuration & management of CRM, ERP, and related platforms (Odoo/Zoho preferred)
🔹 Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with backup & antivirus protocols
🔹 Document IT & automation procedures and support internal user training
Qualifications & Skills✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
✅ Strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting & system maintenance
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP (Odoo/Zoho preferred)
✅ Industry certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+) are a plus
