IT & Automation Executive

As an IT & Automation Executive at S.S. Medical Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve supporting and managing day-to-day IT operations and automation initiatives. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of CRM/ERP platforms such as Odoo or Zoho. - Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues - Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls - Assist in the configuration and management of CRM, ERP, and related platforms (Odoo/Zoho preferred) - Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with backup and antivirus protocols - Document IT and automation procedures and support internal user training - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration - Strong understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting, and system maintenance - Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo/Zoho preferred) - Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ are a plus At S.S.
