Summary Of The Position: The Manager – Operations (CMD Camp) is a pivotal role focused on executing CMD’s strategic vision through robust coordination, structured follow-ups, and high-quality operational oversight. This role will act as a bridge between CMD and the 11 vertical heads, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and governance of critical workstreams. The incumbent will also assist CMD directly by providing decision-enabling inputs, strategic dashboards, and by driving the rhythm of business within CMD's office. This position requires operational maturity, agility, and a deep commitment to confidentiality, precision, and results. It is suited for someone who can function both as a strategic enabler and a tactical executor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Operations & Coordination Act as the operational anchor for CMD’s directives across departments. Support CMD in transforming strategic plans into actionable, measurable workstreams. Serve as the point-of-coordination between CMD and the 11 vertical heads, ensuring seamless data and decision flow. Track execution of key CMD priorities and ensure timely closures. 2. Performance Monitoring & MIS Governance Ensure monthly MIS is received, analyzed, and synthesized into CMD’s Review Dashboard periodically as decided by CMD. Monitor KRA-linked activities and flag off-track areas to CMD with improvement recommendations in coordination with Vertical heads. Design and maintain WIP (Work-in-Progress) tracker for CMD, especially the top 15 priorities. Prepare summaries, dashboards, and business insights to aid CMD’s high-level decision-making. 3. CMD Office Support Manage CMD’s operational calendar for reviews, meetings, and strategic interventions with internal or external stake holders. Assist CMD during internal reviews by recording minutes and tracking deliverables. Filter and manage CMD’s communication, documentation, and correspondence. Represent CMD in internal meetings where required to ensure continuity and follow-through. 4. Execution Excellence Lead proactive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure execution of CMD-assigned projects. Structure CMD-level initiatives into milestones and drive accountability with functional leaders. Drive improvement projects and internal audits initiated from CMD camp. Maintain high standards of verbal and written communications on CMD’s behalf. Handle sensitive data and strategic initiatives with discretion and professionalism. First Six Month Expectation: To put the preexisting knowledge in efficient manner and make 15 priorities under the WIP (Work IN Progress) task proficiently.
