Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, walk-ins, referrals, events, and online inquiries.
  • Client Meetings & Tours: Conduct site tours, understand client requirements, and effectively present coworking solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive membership sales and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to effectively position our space.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, community, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or B2B services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
