Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Sales Head / National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in hospital/hygiene/pharma.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the national sales strategy in a startup environment, driving zero-to-one scale-up across hospital/healthcare segments for medical-grade hygiene products.
Build and execute national sales plans for hyper-growth, achieving/exceeding ambitious revenue targets in a fast-scaling startup.
Lead, mentor, and rapidly scale regional sales teams with startup dynamism for maximum performance and pan-India coverage.
Spearhead aggressive new business acquisition, channel expansion, and senior-level key account penetration.
Oversee Rate Contract (RC)/tender management with zero-to-one execution speed and flawless compliance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory) in a high-velocity startup environment.
Monitor sales metrics, CRM pipelines, and market intelligence for proactive, data-driven pivots.
Represent the organization at industry forums as the face of the disruptive growth story.
Ensure excellent variable pay/rewards.
