Your primary focus will be on strategic market penetration and meeting sales targets by showcasing the unique benefits of On2Cook to various segments. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for pre-sales, culinary collaborations, and customer support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling pitches, mentoring and inspiring the sales force, fostering innovation through interactive demos and collaborations, analyzing data to refine sales strategies, and managing the entire customer journey from initial trials to full-scale rollouts. Your proven sales excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, team-oriented leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication and negotiation abilities will be key in driving the success of On2Cook in the market.
