Sales Head

As a Business Sales Head - Employee Benefits at our client, a leading insurtech startup specializing in employee benefits solutions, your role will be critical in driving revenue generation and leading a high-performance sales team. You will play a key role in representing the company in the mid-market and enterprise sales segment, working towards over-achieving annual revenue targets and building strong relationships with insurers. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Own and lead end-to-end revenue generation for mid-market and enterprise sales wing - Close target accounts monthly with team support - Grow and lead a team of SDRs and AEs - Coach team members on efficient sales strategies - Set up sales processes and leverage tools for achieving sales targets - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations - Represent the company for mid-market and enterprise sales offerings in the market **Expertise & Qualification:** - 10-15 years of experience in insurance broking industry with 5 years in sales - Proven track record of closing multiple premium accounts in employee benefits - Over-accomplished annual revenue targets by 80%+ - Ability to manage a sales team and drive a predictable sales engine - Strong relationships with private and public sector insurers - Proficient in modern sales processes and CRMs - Experience in Non-EB insurance lines is a plus **Requirement:** - Tech-savvy with expertise in sales tools, CRM, and marketing automation - Bias for action, operational rigor, and goal-oriented mindset - Excellent leadership, empathy, and influencing skills - Agile problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex sales issues Joining our client's team as a Business Sales Head - Employee Benefits offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative organization with a focus on excellence in the insurance industry.,
