Company : High Creation Interior Projects Private Limited. Designation: Sales Head Department: Sales ( B2C) Role & responsibilities We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional growth and revenue targets. As Sales Head, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business development in the interior design industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional sales performance - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other sales techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication - Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth - Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure accurate sales planning and revenue projection. Requirements: - 08-12 years of experience in Interior sales, preferably in the Interior design industry - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and developing sales teams - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies - Master degree in Business, Marketing and Sales.
