Role Overview The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and driving the field sales operations, building and managing high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent business growth in automobile spare parts sales. Experience: Minimum 11+ years in field sales, specifically in automobile car spare parts sales (experience with retailers and workshops is a must). Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve high performance. Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, customer dynamics, and market strategies in the automobile industry. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication abilities. Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
