Roles and Responsibilities Develop national sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage a team of sales professionals across India, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationships. Identify new market opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production) to develop effective promotional campaigns and product launches. Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies and improve results. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in textile & apparel industry with expertise in National Sales Management. B.Tech/B.E. degree from any specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
