Job Title: Business Development Manager ( BDM) Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our interior Company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and designers . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: 3+ years of sales experience in the interior design or related industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
