Role Overview:

We seek an accomplished and emotionally intelligent sales leader to spearhead the luxury Royal Founder Membership Sales. This role combines strategic sales management with profound empathy and interpersonal insight, ensuring membership offerings resonate deeply with discerning clientele.


Position: Sales Manager

Location: Gurugram (Head Office – Sales)

Industry: Luxury wellness, resort memberships, spiritual communities, luxury hospitality, curated travel, high-end coaching

Target Market: High-net-worth individuals, wellness seekers, and families pursuing conscious living—primarily within Delhi NCR

Experience Required: 7–12 years in premium direct sales, wellness memberships, or HNI client management


 Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead, develop, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed membership sales goals.
  • Design and execute targeted sales strategies for high-value, personalized wellness membership packages like Tapasvi Mandala.
  • Cultivate genuine connections and meaningful engagements with high-net-worth prospects, understanding their values and motivations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and guest experience teams to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics; regularly report insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Deliver outstanding presentations and facilitate exclusive, one-on-one experience tours tailored to prospective members.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record (ideally 7+ years) in luxury sales, hospitality, or wellness industry leadership roles.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence — skilled in empathy, active listening, relationship-building, and subtle negotiation.
  • Strategic thinker, comfortable with data-driven decision-making and agile execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture existing relationships while cultivating new high-value partnerships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred.
