A leading training institute in Kerala is expanding and opening a new branch in Nagercoil. We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our growth and establish a strong presence in the region.

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Nagercoil

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Promote our institute’s programs and services in Nagercoil
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and clients
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

The Sales Head plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the institute's reach. Their responsibilities typically include:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales plans to achieve enrollment targets and expand the institute’s market presence.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to ensure high performance, effective client engagement, and achievement of sales goals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, corporate clients, and educational partners.
  • Brand Promotion: Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process and customer experience.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Pricing & Offer Strategies: Develop competitive pricing, discounts, and promotional schemes to attract students while maintaining profitability.
  • Event Management: Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, workshops, and campus visits to attract potential students.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from students and clients to improve service quality and customize offerings as needed.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all sales activities adhere to ethical standards and relevant regulations.

By effectively managing these responsibilities, the Sales Head helps the training institute achieve its enrollment and revenue objectives while maintaining a positive reputation in the market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
