Role Overview -

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead the complete sales cycle for solar EPC projects, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Drive acquisition of medium to large-scale rooftop and ground-mounted EPC projects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the solar EPC sales team.
• Oversee techno-commercial proposals, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project execution teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.

Candidate Profile & Requirements :-

• 10+ years of experience in solar EPC project sales

  , including rooftop and/or ground-mounted installations.
• Proven track record in closing

  large-value solar EPC projects

  within C&I, institutional, or utility-scale segments.
• Strong understanding of solar EPC business models, bidding processes, and techno-commercial structuring.
• Prior experience leading and managing sales teams in a project-based environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic, target-oriented mindset with strong market awareness.
• Experience in

  project-based solution selling

  within the solar EPC domain.
