We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals, promoting business growth, and building high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional performance. Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand and product goals. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set individual sales targets with the sales team and ensure consistent performance evaluation. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to team members. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role. Experience in [insert industry: e.g., education, IT services, consulting, etc.] is preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
