Sales Head

We are seeking a driven and hands-on Sales Head to lead our sales efforts across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in daily team coordination, lead management, cross-functional collaboration, and direct customer engagement. This role demands both strategic thinking and daily execution to drive growth and ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily meetings with online team leaders and offline sales teams to track progress and provide guidance
• Ensure smooth and timely lead flow from the marketing department to the sales team
• Gather insights and feedback from the sales team and collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and execution
• Oversee and ensure arrangements for demo sessions to effectively showcase the product and boost conversions
• Make at least 25 sales calls per day to engage leads and drive conversions
• Meet with parents and guardians to understand their needs and convince them to adopt our product
• Perform regular quality checks on sales processes and interactions to maintain high standards and improve customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
