Job Description

Anmol Chemicals is looking for an experienced and visionary Sales Head to lead our commercial strategy across APIs, Excipients, and Specialty Chemicals. If you’re a seasoned sales leader with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving growth, we’d love to connect! Key Responsibilities: • Drive and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets • Build lasting client relationships and drive customer satisfaction • Analyze market trends and develop go-to-market plans • Collaborate across departments to support strategic growth • Identify and expand into new market opportunities • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes • Optimize sales operations and CRM tools What We're Looking For: • Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical sales • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving revenue • BSc or Chemical Engineering background (MBA is a plus) • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills • Willingness to travel as needed 📍 Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra 💼 Position: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role 📧 Apply: hr2@mubychem.com Show more Show less
