Job Description

Purchase/Sourcing Executive


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Source new vendors and evaluate for suitability
  • Negotiate prices, quantities, and ensure quality compliance
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries
  • Follow up with local traders for competitive rates and samples
  • Identify non-infringing and commercially viable sourcing routes


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Bachelor's degree from related field (Chemistry or Pharma)
  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in API, Excipients, or Chemicals sourcing.
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) in English
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
