ECOERA is building the most growth-driven, design-forward packaging company. We don’t just make boxes, we help D2C brands scale with packaging that makes them look premium, feel memorable, and grow faster.

Now we’re looking for a Sales & Growth Associate, someone who loves building relationships, thrives on closing deals, and wants to play a direct role in shaping how the next wave of iconic D2C brands showcase themselves.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, referrals, and outbound campaigns
  • Running smart outreach via email, WhatsApp, calls, and networking to bring in brands
  • Understanding brand needs and pitching packaging solutions that feel like growth drivers
  • Collaborating with design & operations teams to turn pitches into winning proposals
  • Managing client accounts, timelines, and negotiations all the way to closure
  • Maintaining CRM and sales pipeline with updated lead + order status
  • Building long-term relationships that turn into repeat business and referrals
  • Sharing client feedback to sharpen our products and services


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (B2B/D2C preferred)
  • Great communicator, sharp, clear, and confident in both writing and pitching
  • Target-driven, proactive, and hungry to grow with the company
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRMs
  • Bonus: You’ve worked with D2C brands, agencies, or in packaging/manufacturing
  • Extra Bonus: You’ve got a natural appreciation for design, branding, and aesthetics
