We’re building the most growth-driven packaging company, and we need a Business Development Executive who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. At ECOERA, we partner with some of the exciting D2C brands in skincare, fashion, food, gifting, and home.

Your role? Bring these brands into our world and help them scale with premium, design-led, and sustainable packaging that turns first impressions into lasting growth.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll own the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to deal closure. You’ll pitch directly to brand founders and marketing teams, helping them unlock packaging that elevates their brand experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Sector 59, Noida.

What You’ll Do

• Drive client acquisition through LinkedIn, Instagram, directories, referrals, and outbound campaigns
• Run outreach across email, WhatsApp, and cold calls to generate leads
• Qualify leads, understand packaging needs, and tailor solutions
• Pitch packaging solutions to B2B/B2C clients
• Collaborate with design & operations teams to build proposals
• Manage account relationships, timelines, and deal closures
• Maintain CRM with updated lead and order statuses
• Build long-term partnerships to drive repeat business & referrals
• Share client insights to improve our offerings

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (B2B/D2C preferred)
• Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal + written)
• Confident in pitching and closing deals
• A self-starter with ownership mindset & target-driven approach
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or CRMs
• Bonus: Experience with D2C brands, agencies, packaging/manufacturing
• Extra Bonus: A sharp eye for aesthetics and design-driven products
