Job Description

Market Research &Vendor Creation:

Visit customers in the field to understand their requirements and collect feedback that supports sales growth.
Present company offerings to customers, highlight benefits, and identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Search and approach potential vendors during field visits to build partnerships that can support customer demands.

Sales Support & Coordination:

Complete day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotations, order processing, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Track orders from inception to delivery, ensuring customers are updated on the status of their orders.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, and other queries.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing prompt and accurate information.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and consistent communication.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with orders and resolve any post-sale issues.
