Job Description

Position of the organization Solution Specialist This position reports to the Unit Manager of the respective units. This position is responsible for managing existing channel partners and setting up new partners., developing AID connect. S/He will be responsible for top line for the allocated area and managing margins. S/He will also be responsible for collections from Partners and ensuring customer experience. S/He will have to share market intelligence and feedback from customers to HO team. Job Summary 1.TOP LINE- Will be responsible for Achieving Top line for Allocated Area on monthly , quarterly, half yearly and Annual basis. Will have to achieve targets for Windows as well as non windows 2. MARGINS- Will be responsible for the margins of the sales in the area. 3. CHANNEL EXPANSION- Will be responsible for Channel expansion in the allocated area as per potential mapping and catchment area analysis. 4. EXTRACTION- Will be responsible for growth (as per SSG target)and management of existing channel partners in the allocate area. This includes. Ensure CP achieves targets on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis Ensuring right team at CP Training team for improving conversions Tracking leads/enquiries with CP Plan BTLs with CP to generate leads Responsible for collections of CP AID CONNECT- Will be responsible for building relationships with AIDs in located area Will build connect with AID in allocated area and have a firm list for this Plan events along with marketing for AID Achieve target of business from AIDs as per plan Share feedback from AIDs to HO teams Onboard new AIDs as per plan CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT- Will be responsible for managing customer experience. Ensure presales customer experience. Train Dealer sales team for managing presales customer experience. Manage complaints in close coordination with installation team Share customer feedback with HO teams Focus on NPS and improvement of same ALLIED PARTNERS Set up Kitchen studios and Sanitary partners in allocated area Get business for non windows from these areas Achieve targets as per plan Activities and End-Purposes 1. Seamless operations of all stake holders involved – Manufacturing plant / Channel partners / service partners / Influencers 2. Meeting up SLA with customer centric actions 3. Fulfillment of delightful customer experiences
