As we continue to grow, we're looking for dynamic and motivated sales professionals to join our expanding team. Job Description We are seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B or industrial sales, ideally within the construction, prefab, or PEB sectors. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, understands the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads in target sectors (railway, infrastructure, warehousing, logistics, exhibitions, etc.) Pitch Engko’s prefab and PEB solutions to prospective clients Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team Manage and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship management Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitors Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 2–5 years of sales experience in prefabrication, construction, infrastructure, or related industries Excellent communication and negotiation skills A strong network within construction/infrastructure sectors is a plus Willingness to travel as required Self-motivated and target-driven Preferred Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings or technical schematics (basic level) Knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company Professional growth and training opportunities Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Supportive and collaborative work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
