Key Responsibilities:

Drive jewellery sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional in-store or online service.
Educate customers about the features and benefits of each jewellery piece, especially in relation to Astrology.
Manage inventory, product displays, and merchandising.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle billing, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotions, events, and new launches.

Requirements:

Proven experience (6-8 years) in jewellery sales or a similar retail role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong product knowledge and customer engagement abilities.
Interest or understanding of Astrology/spiritual jewellery is a strong advantage.
Professional appearance and behaviour.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
