Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new sellers for India Mart's premium services.
  • Promote paid solutions to potential clients and convert them into subscribers.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Build strong client relationships for long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and client-handling ability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge of the B2B marketplace is a plus
  • Comfortable with on-field and telephonic client engagement

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 9 months of experience in direct/field sales or inside sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
