Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and acquire new sellers for India Mart's premium services.
Promote paid solutions to potential clients and convert them into subscribers.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
Build strong client relationships for long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
Maintain records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and client-handling ability
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of the B2B marketplace is a plus
Comfortable with on-field and telephonic client engagement

Eligibility Criteria :

Education: Graduate (any discipline); MBA is a plus
Minimum 9 months of experience in direct/field sales or inside sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
