Job Description

You are a seasoned professional with a strong sales background, specifically in B2B/corporate sales with experience in concept selling. Your main responsibility will be selling exhibition space/booth space to various companies, organizations, and relevant associations. Your role involves generating revenue through sales activities, selling exhibition space to meet strategic and financial targets, identifying opportunities to bring in new business, and building relationships across the industry. You will proactively reach out to potential customers, follow up on leads and general inquiries, and stay updated on industry trends to drive the direction of the exhibition. Developing a sales strategy based on market trends and business environment, as well as providing insights on client relationships and industry trends will be crucial. Attending exhibitions/expos nationally and internationally as required is also part of the role. In terms of technical skills and qualifications, you should have proven experience in Exhibition Space/Sponsorship Selling, strong business development and networking skills, lead generation abilities, and experience in the infrastructure & smart cities sectors will be preferred. Additionally, market research, basic knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, and being a graduate from a reputable institute are required. Soft skills required include strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, adaptability, time management, ability to work well under pressure, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. You should also be a team player, able to work autonomously, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality. This full-time, regular, permanent role is based in Okhla phase III, with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday. The compensation will be per industry standards, and the role is an individual contributor position working from the office during regular office hours. The selection process involves candidates coming to the Head Office in Delhi for an interview. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the role offers association with a brand with nearly 4 decades of history.,
