Job Description

About the Role:

Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and business growth
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential sales channels
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and recommend improvement strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and post-sales support
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote brand visibility
Lead and mentor sales teams (for Regional Manager role) to achieve consistent performance and growth

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
