Fintech Sales Executives (PL / HL / BL) Location: Kochi (Onsite) Experience: 0–2 Years Salary: ₹20,000/month (Fixed) + Unlimited Incentives Equity: Yes (Based on performance) We are hiring 3 Sales Closers: 1 for Personal Loans (PL) 1 for Home Loans (HL) 1 for Business Loans (BL) PaisaOnClick FinTech is a newly funded and fast-growing fintech startup based in Kochi. We’re building India’s first truly customer-centric lending marketplace—and we’re looking for dynamic sales professionals to help us scale. Key Responsibilities: Call and convert qualified leads into paying customers. Manage the full sales lifecycle – from pitching to closing deals. Follow up with prospects and ensure timely conversion. Maintain strong communication with lender representatives. Drive daily/monthly revenue goals and maintain CRM hygiene. Who Should Apply: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales (BFSI, loans, credit preferred). Confident communicators who can sell over the phone and in-person. Target-driven individuals who can thrive in a performance-oriented culture. Someone looking to grow into a Team Lead or Regional Sales Manager role. Must be open to working onsite from our Kochi office.
