Key Responsibilities: Onboard banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders onto the PaisaOnClick platform. Build and maintain relationships with credit teams, CXOs, and decision-makers across India. Collaborate with internal sales, customer support, product, and marketing teams . Engage with borrowers to assist in their loan journey. Identify and close partnership opportunities to scale lender reach. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships (preferably in BFSI or Fintech). Excellent communication and negotiation skills . High energy, self-motivated, and willing to hustle. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or any relevant field.
