What You’ll Do

• Manage relationships and drive sales across Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
• Offer complementary products and services such as:
• Insurance solutions
• Legal operations and support
• Debt-free financial guidance
• Wealth management and investment advisory
• Leverage our tech-enabled platform to identify, nurture, and close leads efficiently.
• Hit and exceed monthly targets with multiple avenues for earning — the more you engage, the higher your rewards.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and be the go-to financial advisor in your region.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in banking, NBFC, or DSA sales, preferably in Kerala.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable selling multiple financial products, not just loans.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and open to using digital platforms for lead management and customer engagement.
