Role Overview We are hiring an Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing backend processes, executing financial transactions, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as exchanges, AMCs, platform partners, and internal teams. - You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency across multiple product lines—including mutual funds, insurance, and direct equity investments. Key Responsibilities 🔄 Transaction Management & Execution Process mutual fund transactions via platforms like BSE Star MF and NSE NMF Handle insurance and equity transactions in coordination with respective product teams Ensure timely, accurate execution of client instructions 🤝 Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with AMCs, platform providers, and relationship managers (e.g., SBI MF, HDFC MF, ICICI, etc.) Serve as a bridge between relationship managers and operations for real-time resolution of execution/servicing queries Maintain smooth communication with custodians, back-office partners, and internal teams 📊 Reporting & Record-Keeping Maintain transaction logs, client servicing records, and regulatory files Reconcile reports across platforms and generate periodic summaries for management 📚 Cross-functional Support Assist management on various strategic and operational initiatives as required Support process improvement projects and adapt to new tools/systems as the company evolves Who Should Apply This role is ideal for someone who: ✅ Holds a degree in B.Com, BBA, or similar; finance background preferred ✅ Has 0–2 years of experience in financial services, operations, or back-office roles ✅ Is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and quick to learn new tools and systems ✅ Is comfortable with technology platforms like BSE Star MF, NSE NMF, and Excel ✅ Has strong communication skills and is confident coordinating with external stakeholders ✅ Demonstrates ownership mindset, flexibility, and a readiness to support management needs ✅ Mandatory familiarity with financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and stocks What We Offer 💼 Exposure to real-world wealth management operations 🤝 Chance to work directly with industry veterans, AMCs, and product platforms 📈 Fast-paced learning in a high-growth, client-first organization 🚀 Potential to grow into larger responsibilities in client servicing or product ops 🎓 On-the-job training and mentoring by experienced professionals
