Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare providers, insurers, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to enhance the organization's service offerings and market reach. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, referral sources, and industry influencers. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to nurture long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing, service offerings, and market positioning.
