About the role: The B2C Sales Executive will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales through digital platforms, company-owned channels, and customer engagement initiatives. The role involves managing online sales, responding to customer queries, optimizing the order experience, and building brand loyalty in the premium motorcycle accessories space.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via website, social media, email, and calls.
Guide customers through product selection and purchase decisions.
Drive upselling and cross-selling of motorcycle accessories.
Process orders through websites or other sales platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Assist in managing website listings, product information, and pricing.
Monitor performance of B2C sales channels and report key metrics.
Collaborate on digital campaigns, flash sales, and promotions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Maintain after-sales communication and resolve grievances.
Build relationships with repeat customers and nurture loyalty.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Passion for motorcycling and understanding of motorcycle accessories is a strong plus.
