Role Overview
This role is designed for a driven salesperson who thrives on connecting with people, opening doors, and converting interest into opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying leads, securing the first meeting, running product demos, and managing the sales cycle through negotiation and closure.
While this is an early-career position, it comes with real ownership, client-facing exposure with senior lawyers, and a clear path to grow into a senior enterprise sales role. Targets will be demanding—but for someone who views them as a challenge and not a deterrent, this is the perfect environment to accelerate your sales career in the AI sector.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Building & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)
- Identify high-potential law firms and legal professionals through structured outbound efforts.
- Initiate contact via calls, LinkedIn, email and event follow-ups to secure the first meeting.
- Build a predictable, high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline.
Sales Ownership
- Deliver tailored demos and solution walkthroughs.
- Understand client needs and position our AI tools as solutions to improve speed and accuracy.
- Manage the sales process from first meeting to negotiation, closure and relationship handover.
Relationship-Building with EQ
- Build trust with partners, associates, and firm operatives through active listening and consultative conversations.
- Maintain strong client rapport to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company with confidence, empathy and professionalism.
Internal Collaboration
- Share market insights with product and marketing teams.
- Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support webinars, events and outreach initiatives as required.
What You Need to Succeed
- 2–4 years in sales—SaaS is preferred but not necessary. If you’ve sold well to small or mid-size businesses, you’re exactly the kind of person we want.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident speaking to senior professionals.
- High ownership mindset—persistent, energetic and motivated by targets.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt quickly in a growing startup.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, basic AI tools, CRM workflow and digital outreach.
- Degrees are not important. Attitude, discipline and hunger to grow are.
