Role Overview

Sales Executive

This is a performance-oriented role for someone who loves selling, engaging people, and converting walk-ins into members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Sales & Conversions

• Achieve monthly

  membership sales targets

  and revenue goals.
• Handle

  walk-ins, leads, inquiries, and trials

  and convert them into membership sales.
• Give

  gym tours

  , explain membership plans, PT packages, and promotional offers.
• Follow a strong

  sales pitch

  , upsell PT packages, and maximize conversions.

2. Lead Management

• Follow up on leads from

  online platforms, calls, referrals, and footfall

  .
• Maintain daily follow-up tracker and update CRM regularly.
• Ensure high lead-to-sale conversion ratio.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer fitness needs and recommend the right membership plan.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude with members.
• Address grievances professionally and escalate serious issues to the manager.

4. Front Desk Operations (Basic)

• Manage

  reception desk

  , greet members, and maintain center discipline.
• Support in daily reports, sales MIS, and membership documentation.

5. Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with

  trainers, center managers, and marketing teams

  to achieve center targets.
• Participate in

  sales events, outreach activities

  , and local promotions.

Qualification & Experience

• HSC / Graduate preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in

  sales, retail, hospitality, or fitness industry
