Sales Executive

You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding the agency’s client base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within fashion, commercial, and media industries Promote agency talent to potential clients including brands, designers, and creative agencies Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets Collaborate with talent managers to align client needs with suitable models Attend networking events, fashion shows, and industry functions to build contacts Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Provide feedback to the marketing team to support promotional efforts Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion, media, or talent industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure Professional appearance and understanding of the modeling/fashion landscape Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Existing network of contacts in advertising, fashion, or event management is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunities to grow within a creative and fast-paced industry Networking and professional development opportunities Work with top brands and emerging talent
