Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Automobile Parts (Steering & Suspension) Company: Wheel Movers India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Multiple States, India (Extensive Travel Required) Experience: 2+ Years in Sales & Marketing (Automobile Industry Preferred) / Fresher with eagerness to learn Salary: Competitive (Fixed + Incentives) Job Responsibilities: Work on the ground, visiting mechanics daily to increase brand awareness and demand. Build strong relationships with mechanics so they recommend and demand our brand from their suppliers (our buyers). Identify new market opportunities and expand brand visibility. Conduct regular product demonstrations and training sessions for mechanics. Collaborate with existing buyers to ensure a steady sales flow. Gather feedback from mechanics to improve product positioning. Travel extensively across different states to develop brand awareness and sales. Requirements: No formal degree required; experience in field sales is a must. Proven experience in automobile spare parts sales is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven. Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.  Benefits: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives.
